At the front end of the business, Transcoast engages a specialist sales team made up of Employees, Independent Contractors, and Sales Agents.
Independent Contractors refers to contractors who have not paid any right of entry costs their income stream is commission only, based on a sliding scale of the gross profit.
Sales Agents on the other hand are franchisees, independent business owners who have paid a right of entry fee. They earn income from a negotiated percentage of the gross profit derived : utilising the systems, procedures and Intellectual Property of Transcoast.
This allows that person to build a business over time and then sell that business at a later date for a profit.
